    The Village Daycare & Learning Center, established in 1996, is a non-profit childcare and learning program serving children ages 3–10 in and around Coos County, dedicated to safety, education, and whole-child development in a supportive community setting.

  • Hours of Operation

    The Village Daycare & Learning Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

  • What Ages Do You Serve?

    We are registered to serve children aged 3–10 years old.

  • Childcare Schedules Offered

    We offer flexible scheduling options, including:


    * Part-Time Childcare: Up to 25 hours per week


    * Full-Time Childcare: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM


    * After-School Care: 3:00 PM – 5:30 PM

  • Sibling Discounts

    As a non-profit organization, we offer a community-based rate and therefore do not provide sibling discounts.

  • Resources & Payment

    We accept private pay and state subsidies.

  • Are meals or snacks provided?

    Yes. We provide breakfast, morning snack (AM snack), lunch, and afternoon snack (PM snack) for all enrolled children at no additional cost to the families. 


    We are committed to supporting children’s health and safety and can accommodate food allergies. Parents are asked to notify us of any allergies or dietary restrictions during enrollment so that appropriate precautions can be taken.

  • How does the enrollment process work?

    Enrollment begins with a tour of our facility to ensure we are a good fit and that expectations are aligned.


    Enrollment is finalized once:


    * All required paperwork is completed


    * The child’s schedule is reviewed and signed by the Parent/Guardian & Directors


    *Payment or an approved payment arrangement is in place

  • Can I tour the facility before enrolling?

    Yes! We would be happy to schedule a tour of our facility, and you’re welcome to bring your children.
